Over the Term we joined in on the national reading activity 'Chapter Chats'. It is a programme that sends out different valuable activities, questions, prompts for students to complete after listening to chapters from a novel, read by me. The children really enjoyed the book 'The Explorer' from last term. The activities were ranging from all sorts of curriculum areas such as art, literacy, technology. Here is Theo creating a poster about vampire bats from the novel and Finyas showing us the sign he made warning us about bullet ants.
We will be continuing Chapter Chats this term with the book 'Little House on the Prairie'.
